Mercedes-Benz is planning to create a large, luxurious urban development in Dubai with an estimated value of over $8 billion.
The project, called Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City, will be located in the Meydan area and is described as a “city within a city,” developed by the German automaker in partnership with Binghatti Developers.
The goal is to build a large district with multiple towers, covering approximately 890,000 square meters, combining residential living with an integrated urban environment shaped around design, mobility, and community.
The development is framed as more than just a collection of luxury homes; it aims to function as a self-contained neighborhood where daily needs can be met within a short distance.
Valued at around $8 billion, the complex will blend sophisticated residences with cultural and leisure areas, retail avenues, parks and green corridors, as well as zones dedicated to wellness, sports, dining, and entertainment.
Mobility hubs are also planned, indicating that transportation and movement throughout the district are central to the overall concept. At the heart of the plan is the Grand Promenade, presented as the district’s focal point.

The project was officially launched in January during a Mercedes-Benz event in Stuttgart, Germany, and will be delivered in three phases, each adding more elements to the overall plan.
Homes in all towers range from studio apartments to three-bedroom units, while a main building, known as the Vision Iconic tower, will include larger four- and five-bedroom residences.
“Creating extraordinary experiences for our customers is at the core of who we are,” said Mathias Geisen, a member of the Mercedes-Benz Group AG Board of Management responsible for Marketing and Sales.
“With our upcoming branded real estate project Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City in Dubai, we are taking that promise to a new level – shaping destinations where our brand becomes something you can truly call home.”
